- Once approved and processed, cancellation is not permitted.
Returns
- Due to the nature of pet care, personal care, consumable, and hygiene products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
- This ensures safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If a product is received damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
- After review, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
